Soft foam throw away cheap Ear Plugs, Pack of fifty or so dirt cheap at home depot.
Hey Ya gotta try em, Helmet or not. It greatly enhances the Ride.
Just make shure ya twist em skinny slowly and Twist em into your ear.
And MOST Important,,,Hang onto them untill they expand. I've had em kreep kinda deep into my ear and they can be a bitch ta get out.
