It's a Memphis Slim made by Memphis Shades. Has the quick release stuff so it pops on or off in a jiffy. (Off in a couple secs. On, about a min) Bought it from J&P Cycles I think. I like it a lot.Official HERD Member #00187Comment

So.... Got the bike all cleaned up and ready for the ride tomorrow and figured I'd take it for a spin to, ya know, make sure it still runs after getting washed. About 2 miles in the speedo quits.
The little swivel nut that holds the speedo cable onto the drive had wallowed out it's hole.
Cheap bast*rd fix:
A couple of those twisty ties from trash bags.
Hey! Baling wire costs money.
