  • Lights and such

Ok Herd, I want some opinions. Since the back of my bike was introduced to the front of a mini van a few weeks ago I have changed my short term needs from adding more bling to maybe changing some lights. So my question is this...

Is the LED replacement tail light much brighter than stock? Also are there aftermarket lights or bulbs for the front headlight and aux lights to brighten them up? I changed out the replacement bulf from Harley but that hasn't really made much of a difference that I can tell.

    Thanks

A buddy of mine had the LED lights installed and they catch my attention all the time! The response time is quick and I thought he added a wig-wag because of how they flashed instantly. But when I asked him, he said he just flickers it with his fingers as he applies the brakes!

I like them and will consider them.
Yeah, I like that flashing brake light also. I just think I need something to create additional attention.

Will an orange cone help? Like the one's used by the construction workers when working on the streets?

I changed my tail light to the one H-D sells and it does seam brighter but another advantage of the LED is also you don't have to worry relying on that one filament in the bulb for your only brake light/ tailight. I don't have the module to flash my brake lights I just flash them myself.

An orange cone or one of those big tail gates like the highway trucks use..
