the canvas bags that come with my ultra are nasty, fixin to throw in washer maybe light drying in dryer, anyone done this?

go to yer sporting goods store, they have cleaners and treatments/waterproofing for canvas...i wash my carhart coat in the washer but never never putit in the dryer....its a canvas type materialTwenty First Herdster

Best way to clean it is to take it down to the river and use a couple of rocks and beat it with them rocks{not too severly} until it is clean then hang it from a limb to dry.
I seen indians doing this in the movies and it seems to work for them.:)Ear Tag no. 00030

seriously though i would go with what the others said and hand wash not sure what the machine would do to that canvas, with as expensive as replacements would be from the dealer i woudlnt wanna chance it myself.

Any agitation will likely cause the inside seams to fray,, plus ifn like mine you got a leather patch sewn on. So if you risk the machine make sure its on the most gentle cycle just kinda swishes the water a little. SAFE MODE would be a hand wash even just let soak for awhile and then rinse with a hose. hang dry Too bad they dont have a care label,
