  • Sticker residue???

I bought a used windshield from a friend who had a Toll Tag stuck to it. The residue almost seems like it etched the plastic. Any suggestions on how to clean it off without doing any more damage to the shield? I am afraid to use any strong solvents on the plastic. It is a Clearview dark gray shield.

Oh yeah! And peanut butter will remove tar from your feet, too. Most light oils work well as noncorrosive solvent.

WD-40........or any light oil, like 3 in 1, let it sit and soak in and lightly rub it off, don't use Windex, it will fog the plastic up!
