  • It's going to be a Street Glide

Rode the Ultra Classic today as well as the Street Glide (with the 103 motor).

Really felt like I was too high in the saddle in the Ultra...but the Street Glide sits more like my Dyna and felt great. Lots of pep with the bigger motor.

We are negotiating numbers right now, not sure it will work... At least not right now. It usually takes me a few weeks to wear 'em down!!

They offered me $9k for my FXDWGI-pretty fair if you ask me. Now the just need to come down off MSRP by about $2500 - $3000 and we will be all set!

I took pics of the one I rode and am trying to buy, will post if I get it!!

Well......I guess that's cool. SG's are cool and all, but wide glides are awesome

Love my wide glide... But 2.5 years after a broken back, I find myself making mods to make it more of a touring bike. Just seems that this is the way to go and I dig the versatility

Good luck with the numbers Hoss. Street Glides are really nice bikes. WG is nicer but that's just me. I know you have bagger envy pretty bad.
