  • Useless Battery charging Info

Ok the Battery Tender, I got the 750 milliamp one, slow is best for a sealed bike battery.
I'm a weekend rider,,A rich man goes to college a poor man goes to work.
So The Bike Sits weekdays. I put It on the tender about teusday and the light goes yellow,
thats below 80% charge, for about 20 minutes, then It starts flashing green, thats above 80% charge,,15 to 20 minutes .
Then steady green, thats full no charge and monitoring.
I do this again on Friday late,,
I get a real fast powerful starter spin saturday AM,,,,cool.
Now If I don't Top It off on friday I can hear the diff on that saturday AM start,
It sounds like I got 70 wt Oil in it,,starts fine tho not near as fast.
Here Is the Interesting part,,to me anyways cause my bike Is an Obsession.
I added the HD Alarm siren, the better one with the pager upgrade available,
It has a back up battery In it so If some fool cuts wires It can still scream.
The Main Battery was topped off before the Install,
I put It on the tender after,,was steady yellow for 4 hours then flashing green for 2 more.
I find It Odd that the backup battery took that long to charge.
The Destructions said It would need a charge.
Everything Is back to normal with my charge pattern...

Well thats 3 minutes of your life you'll never get back,,It's Mine !

And if Yuh do use the synthetic stuff be sure it is the proper weight for the temperatures in Your area,You have to take humidity into cunsideraations too.

Strange I used to have truck batteries blow up and since I was stuck under the cab fuggin with cables I always hit my head too.
