  • The Beast Blew UP........sortta........in.........tranny???

On the way to work today the Beast started to make a grinding sound and within a mile she let go........ she run's just fine engine wise but something in the tanny let go! My guess at this point is the bearing that holds the countershaft, but thats just a guess at this point!

I'm going to post a thread on Sporty trans rebuilding....seems like the thing to do! At least I can get some good out of this, teach ya Sporty owners how to do a tranny............and their a B###H!!!

The only thing I really have to say is DAMN......TWO BIKES DOWN IN ONE WEEK!!!!

But you know what they say. Having something break is a great excuse to upgrade.

Tranny cost may be 50% of a new bike.

            Sounde good anyways.
Those who say it can't be done should get in the way of those doing it.
