This accident happened last Saturday morning a few miles from my town. I work with a guy who was riding the same road (HWY 43) and saw the accident take place. He was traveling north on HWY 43 and McEvoy passed him traveling in the same direction gave him a wave as he went past. The guy I work with saw him enter a curve and the back of the bike washed out. He slid off the road and was ejected into the trees. The rider was decapitated from initial impact of the tree. He was wearing a helmet and full leather. It seems as gravel on the road way was the primary cause of the accident. Be careful out there and expect the unexpected. R.I.P. Richard
