  • Ride to Valley of the Kings 2010-09-25

Went on a 132 mile trip today to see the animal sanctuary "Valley of the Kings" in southern Wisconsin about 5 miles west of Walworth. We had about 60 motorcycles by the end after meeting up with more riders in Big Foot, IL, just south of the Illinois/Wisconsin border. It was an awesome place where you could get up within a foot or two of some of the big cats.

                    A little resemblance.

Looks like a good ride. I've never heard of this place so I'll have to check it out. I think Boss is right, looks like MrMarty's avatar picture.

Both Wildfire and City Limits have a run or two there every year. Can't get in unless it is a sponsored run or you have a membership ($120/yr or $60/6 months). I would guess that Woodstock/McHenry probably have runs too.
