Afternoon ride/va/wv

Just finished going over the bike for an afternoon ride with about 20 others from Church. Heading out through Lexington, VA going over to Goshen and surrounding areas. I hope I get some nice pics to post. Later.....

Just got home and the leader didn't stop anywhere I could take any good pics. I'm a little disappointed but when you ride in a large group you just gotta go with the flow. I rode sweeper and asked the wife if she could work the camera while we rode and she didn't feel comfortable so the only place to get any pics was at the gas stop. It was real hot though even along the river in the shade where it's usually much cooler it was just OK and did give some relief. Oh well any day riding is a good day. Sorry for not getting anything to post up. We did see a couple of deer and they were going in the right direction, away from the road.

Here are some of the stop. I threw in a couple off the BRP I took a couple of days ago just for fun.

This is where we stopped for gas. Temp was 92 with no shade, real hot.



This one is of my wife, on right, with our good friend that we ride with all the time.



These are off the Blue Ridge Parkway about 10 min from my house.
