We were there in '75 when the "Fitz" sank. Now that was a hell of a storm! Blew over semis on the Mac bridge. I remember watching the Fitzgerald lock thru.

I haven't been there since 74 I was about 8. But I remember going through the UP like it was yesterday. I don't know why I haven't gone more.
