TT322 for '07 XL .
Water runs down the harness into the fuse block and bridges the System Relay which powers up the ECM causing the IAC to run and eventually drains the battery .
The IAC makes a buzzing sound that can be heard with the engine off .
The fix is to unplug the relay from the fuse box and blow out any water then coat the relay contacts and plug connects with a contact lube .
The System Relay is the second one down from the top or directly above the fuses .
Pull all the relays and fuses and coat 'em all with contact lube to be safe .
