I can't believe I'm sharing this, ya'll better feel special. it's been my secret till now.
I'll take a couple cups of Jack n a bottle of guiness, 2 cups brown sugar, about a tablespoon of whorchestersire n another of soy sauce, I think a 1/4 cup of molasses (it's been a while) a tsp or so of cayenne n another of chili powder and splash like hell with tobasco. boil it for a long time till a big white head of foam appears on the top, you'll know when it happens. Let it cool and you got a kickass bbq sauce. I like to make two batches but only boil down one. I'll take the non boiled down one n marinade ribs in it overnight, slow cook the ribs all day the next then put the thicker sauce on em. guaranteed to get lovin from the woman, it'll make week old coyote fall off the bone
