That have been sued numerous times but the EU was the only group that ever really made any headway with a law suit againt M$.

A legit warning, keep this on in mind. However if you have your OS up to date it has been resolved by an update M$ pushed out. The security update from M$ that fixes the issue is MS10-022 so as long as your system is kept up to date with updates from M$ and your anti virus and spy ware applications are being updated regulary you should be good to go.
