Some puters Yah have to do the system restore in safe mode,if after doing the system restore it says it could not do a restore then try it in "Safe Mode".Ear Tag no. 00030Comment

Get a Linux distro DVD or CD (I prefer Opensuse, but there's lots to choose from) and rid your system of that garbage called Microshaft...I mean Microsoft.
