  • My Day, so far

in between spending alot of time on here and a handful of other websites today, here is what I have done since 9:00 am

cleaned living room floor (hardwood) with murphys oil soap (14 foot by 28 foot room)
    4 loads of laundry
cleaned kitchen counters, stove, sink, and fridge with comet, then bleach (old porcelin coated sink, PIA to keep looking clean)
revarnished about 1/3 of the living room floor
    mopped kitchen floor
scrubbed toilet, and shower, and sink in bathroom
    mopped bathroom floor
used pledge to dust 3 rocking chairs and an oak curio cabinet in living room, and china hutch in dining room
used Old English to "spruce up" the finnish on the dining room table
looked at and considered mopping dining room floor....thought better of it, lol
cleaned kitchen windows, large 3.5 by 5 foot mirror in dining room, bathroom mirrors, and shower doors

now I am getting ready to start thinking about what to do for dinner tonight. then have to take oldest daughter to her softball game

.....no wonder my OL keeps telling me she doesn't want me to look for full time work, I'm beat

Hey Hazel...... I think I hear the stove timer buzzing...... :)

I used to do my wood floors with vegatable oil. It held dust longer, and if the animals walked on it, it wouldn't hurt them to lick it off their feet.
