  • Red alert! Massive national mobilization needed!

    Notice from ALIPAC:

Special Notice: We are advising all Americans to stay away from the May 1 illegal alien protests and not to counter protest. If you do counter protest, we want to advise you to stay far away from the illegals and their supporters. Everyone, please keep clear of the illegals this May 1 and keep your distance and avoid traveling in the areas they occupy due to the high level of hostility right now.

    ----

    Friends of ALIPAC,

The political war to save America is raging and there are several major things that need to happen today.

First, we recently received word that DC insiders are trying to sneak through a bill that could grant statehood to Puerto Rico. We are told the aim is to empower Puerto Rico and Washington DC by giving them more congressional representation for the Open Borders and Amnesty Lobby.

    They may vote today!

Pick up your phones immediately and call your members of Congress (House Only).

Here's ALIPAC's DC Directory for your convenience.

Call up and say "I'm calling to tell Congressman ______ to please vote no on H.R. 2499 because an issue as important as statehood for Puerto Rico deserves a national debate first, instead of this sneaky attempt to add a new state to America. Americans deserve to know more about this before you vote on it so please Vote NO on HR 2499 and vote NO on statehood for Puerto Rico.

When you are finished calling and writing to your own member of Congress, please CALL AND WRITE others with the same message!

    ---

    BACK ARIZONA UP NOW!

Arizona is being attacked on all sides, even though numerous polls show that between 60-81% of Americans support SB 1070. San Francisco and Mexico are politically attacking AZ along with Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Senator Lindsey Graham, Obama, Holder, Napolitano, and many others.

Here is what you can do. ALIPAC started the process of getting other states to take up SB 1070 several weeks back, when we helped the bill clear the AZ Legislature.

You must strike now, while the iron is hot!

We polled some state lawmakers in other states yesterday and our activists HAVE NOT DONE A COMPLETE JOB yet!

Many state lawmakers are in the dark about SB 1070 and hearing the same negative propaganda on CNN and MSNBC, which needs to be addressed.

    TAKE ACTION NOW

    1. Go to Google.com or Yahoo.com and locate your state's legislative website by searching on "(state name) legislature"

    2. Access your state's government website and determine who your state Senators and Representatives are and pick up the phones and CALL, CALL, CALL. You must call, and then follow-up in writing. If you send e-mails only you will have the lowest level of impact. If you call and write you will have the highest level of impact.

    3. Tell your state lawmakers "I want you to contact the media and announce that you are going to submit a version of Arizona's SB 1070 in our state as soon as possible because numerous polls indicated 60-81% public support it and that SB 1070 can save American jobs, wages, property, health, and very lives!"

Here are some polls and the text of SB 1070 you should provide to your state lawmakers.

TEXT OF SB 1070 Senate Engrossed Version
Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act

RASMUSSEN POLL SHOWING 70% SUPPORT IN AZ
The Arizona legislature has now passed the toughest measure against illegal immigration in the country, authorizing local police to stop and check the immigration status of anyone they suspect of being in the country illegally.

ZOGBY 2005 POLL SHOWING 81% support local police

POLL SHOWING 60% national support for SB 1070

We have news reports that lawmakers in Texas, Utah, and Arkansas plan to follow Arizona's lead. Let's get more states to announce submission of this bill to give Arizona some cover ASAP!

It is up to you and will depend on how many of you respond to this request and how fervently and efficiently you respond.

    --------

YOU WON'T SEE THIS ON TV

Scary thing about the video we released yesterday, with the illegal alien supporter in Arizona screaming "We will take up our shovels and axes... and we will use them against you! Believe It!" is NOT RUNNING on any English media station in America.

Scarier is the fact that Univision called and they want to run it so all the Spanish media watchers in America can here the woman's cry for them to take up arms against American citizens.

Here is the video, it is going viral on the web. Make sure everyone you know gets a copy.

    VIDEO
Illegals Threaten To Murder Americans With Axes and Shovels
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

If you have the time, you might want to call and write to some of these networks like FOX, CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, etc....

They have ALL been sent copies of this video and they are ALL censoring this film at this time.

ALIPAC is sending out a SECOND NATIONAL PRESS RELEASE TODAY to try and get this warning to the American public.

Here are some suggested contacts you should contact, send more copies of this film, and demand they cover it.

I want to point out this video in particular..

Illegal -–adjective 1. forbidden by law or statute.

What else needs to be said here? Immigration is the foundation of America.. but the rules and laws have to be followed.. or do they? Do we ask a murder suspect for his/her permission to be arrested if we suspect they are guilty? A law is a law, right? Double standards and political correctness rule our land now.. all in the name of "social justice". Our country was founded on "Equal Justice".. learn the difference!!!!

For help with contacting your reps..

      go to www.NumbersUSA.com

They have preformatted letters to fax to your local reps! It doesn't cost a dime.. and I know it works because I have gotten response letters from my reps. Heres a sample letter that I'm having faxed over right now as we speak..

      ********

      Senator Edward Reilly
James Senate Office Building, 11 Bladen Street, Room 321
      Annapolis, MD 21401

      Dear State Sen. Reilly,

It is unfortunate that states must pass legislation to enforce our nation's immigration laws, but Americans along the Mexico border are dying, and tens of millions of American and legal immigrant workers cannot find jobs, because of federal inaction on this issue. Arizona has just passed the most sweeping, pro-American and pro-legal immigrant immigration enforcement in the country, and our state should follow its lead.

It is clear that Arizona is at the forefront when it comes to keeping its citizens safe, secure, and employed. In 2007, its legislature passed, and then-Governor Janet Napolitano signed, a bill requiring the use of the hugely successful and accurate E-Verify employment verification system. This meant employers had to ensure that new hires were eligible to work in the United States or face stiff penalties.

Arizona's new piece of legislation, SB 1070, does even more to keep its residents safe. The legislation:

-police officers to ask for proof of residency if they suspect an individual is in the country illegally,

-allows illegal aliens to be jailed and fined up to $2500,

-bans "soft" immigration policies at local police agencies that prevent officers from asking about a suspect's immigration status,

-allows Arizonans to sue if they feel a government agency has adopted a policy that hinders the enforcement of illegal immigration laws,

-prohibits people from blocking traffic when they seek or offer day-labor services on street corners,

-and makes it illegal for people to transport illegal aliens if the drivers of vehicles know their passengers are in the country illegally and if the transportation furthers their illegal presence in the country.

I truly believe that these provisions, along with mandatory E-Verify usage, will dramatically reduce illegal immigration. Too many Americans and legal immigrants in our state are unemployed and its time our legislature did something to change this. Please introduce effective immigration-enforcement legislation that will help keep our state safe and our state's citizens prosperous.

      Expecting your support,

Thanks.. I wish everyone would take the time to voice an opinion.. whether they agree or not. If we sit back and continue to be silent.. then our opinion doesn't matter. Then when something doesn't go your way, you have no right to complain about it.

I realize I posted a lot of information and it would take a while to read through, but this topic is EXTREMELY important.

We have Americans losing their lives because of this. Phoenix AZ is the number 2 place in the WORLD for child abductions. What about the drug cartels? theft? Extortion? car chases? Using hospital resources? School resources? Prison resources?

What about the 3 million American people who lost a job last year.. however our government allowed 1 million green cards into the country? What about the 25 million illegals working and not paying taxes?

This isn't a problem to take lightly!!!

HR 2499 — it's called "The Puerto Rico Democracy Act." It's a movement by the progressives of Puerto Rico.. and being embraced by the progressives who currently reside inside that big White House downtown. here are a few facts:

HR 2499 — if it passes — would force a yes or no vote in Puerto Rico on whether Puerto Rico should maintain the "current status" of the island. Wait, that's not a vote on statehood. That's a vote on do you want to "maintain the status quo."

Let me ask you this: Do you want to maintain the status quo of America? ACORN's Bertha Lewis would agree with me and say no, I don't want our current direction. But we would disagree on the reasons why.

                  See the trick?

Once they vote no on the status quo.. then they will be given three more options.. of which statehood will be the best. It's a "slick" play on words and a forceful move.

If you don't know history, you are destined to repeat it. Let me introduce something to you called the Tennessee Plan. (This is probably going to sound like a conspiracy theory, but I have one thing the conspiracy theories never have.. facts to back it up)

OK — so the Tennessee Plan, you've probably never heard of it unless you are from Tennessee or Alaska. Apparently, some of those who took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution haven't heard of it either. When Tennessee first came to the Union, it had a different name; it was first called "Territory of the United States South of the River Ohio." It was a U.S. territory, just like Puerto Rico is now.

But instead of waiting for Congress to decide if they wanted to make the territory a state, they took a different, bold route: They forced the issue themselves:

                  • They elected delegates for Congress

                  • They voted on statehood

                  • They drafted a state constitution

                  • And applied for statehood

                  • Then, when Congress dragged their feet, they went to the Capitol and demanded to be seated

I told that this sounds like a conspiracy theory. But who is orchestrating this effort in Puerto Rico? Lo and behold, the New Progressive Party; from their own party platform:

"The New Progressive Party adopts the Tennessee Plan as an additional strategy for the decolonization and the claim for the admission of Puerto Rico as the 51st State of the United States of America."

And: "This shall be done through legislation which will establish a process for the adoption and ratification of the Constitution of the State of Puerto Rico, and the election of two senators and six federal congresspersons to appear before Congress in Washington D.C. to claim their seats and the admission of Puerto Rico as the 51st State of the United States of America."

They're going to paint this as a vote for freedom, but Puerto Rico has already voted and they've already spoken. When they send the delegates to Washington, if you stand against this you'll be labeled a racist.

                    also..

heard the phrase "spread the wealth" lately?

Puerto Rico is EXTREMELY poor! The vast majority of the people there would be put onto welfare.. and who do you think their votes would be going to? That's exactly why the Dems and Repubs are playing on the "heart-strings" of that community. They want MILLIONS of votes!

The "Tennessee Plan" DOES NOT REQUIRE A VOTE. PR will choose their 2 senators and 6 house reps, show up in Washington and DEMAND to be seated. And just like Tennessee, it will be so. Obama, Pelosi and all the other dirtbag traitors will have several million 'new' voters.

They could vote on this TODAY!

                    CALL CALL CALL!!!

Things are getting convoluted and that's what they (illegals & Wash) want. I'm not sure how it works, but if Porto Rico became a state it would loose some of the benefits it gets as a Colony.

They have voted in the past not to become a state, I believe a few times.

And yes the people are citizens of the U.S.A.
