tattoo ideas?

I am looking for ideas on a couple of tattoos, I would like to get one on the inside of each bicep, going to put my kids names, one on each side, and having a little trouble deciding what to do as far as design. Just thought i would hit ya'll up for some ideas since there are alot on here with experience in this. I am not looking to get this done next week I am taking my time to decide and am currently still saving up the money.

Just 2 things. Any names or words. Make sure to have them proofread by a third party. Also make sure it's something your proud of in thirty years.

and stay away from old english.....can look good if done properly, but I have seen way too many old english tattoos done poorly

Be careful of portraits as well...have seen a few of peoples kids, maybe from baby pics or something...but they didn;t look too good...looked more like dead baby horror pics from beyond the grave....

I thought briefly about getting portraits but I have seen way too many that do not look like the picture they came from. If you want a good portrait you gotta spend alot more money than I'm willing to part with. Don't get me wrong I want good quality tattoos I just dont have the kind of money to spend that you would need to get a good portrait tattoo.

Funny you said that ------- I have a rebel flag on my arm and it says "Southern Born -n- Bred". Of course the guys at work like to say I am born N bred

My buddy had to have his FIXED but he had it like that for many years before someone brought it to his attention!!
