  • Motorcycle Fit Over Sunglasses???

Has any of my HERD brothers ever had anything in the way of a pair of sunglasses that will fit over their corrective lenses. I am aware they are for sale in an assortment of styles and colors but I wondered if any one has any reccommendations. Prefer not to use goggles..Thx..Chris (Steveston)

I also bought side-by-side clip ons at the local pharmacy. I can ride with normal shades and without corrective lense since my problem is with small prints. But got used to having glasses on and now they became a habit.

Thanks a bunch Guys....I have the transitions already but the style is not good for riding as my eyes water..I will probably go with the Wiley's as they are well supported although expensive...There goes my Heavy Breather for another few months...Damn!! Thanks Guys!!

I've tried a couple pair like your asking about, I ended up looking all Erkle.
I use goggles now, or my transitions.

Fitovers work well, but they can scratch your regular glasses due to a loose fit!! I have a pair of cheap plastic frames with Polycarbonate lenses with my prescription that I had tinted into sunglasses that work well! Polycarbonate is a safety lens and really protects you from flyin debris while ridin!!

I got a cheap set of polarized with the side vents that work great off eBay for <$15. Dropped 'em an' ran over 'em once too, and they're still fine.

                                    Hey Chris ,
Check out this. The price is very convenient and they come with an interchangeable lenses, plus you don't have to worry about having a safety expensive lenses, as you can get a cheap lenses from walmart, it doesn't really matter because they'll be protected by the outside safety lenses.
My buddy got one and he's really love them.

Had 'em hangin' on a mirror and they musta' vibrated off when I started up. Heard/felt the front wheel crunch over 'em. The arm popped off, but popped back on okay.

They ain't fancy, but they fit nice and do a good job.
