Actually Boss I had to attend "Visible Emissions Monitoring Training" given by the Department of Environmental Quality. You are trained and certified to evaluate and rate emissions from exhaust stacks. This was my first time in this program and I aced the test on the first run with a really great score. The instructor was like " that is a damn good score for your initial certification, you sure this is your first time being certified?" I told him that I hang with the HERD and they blow more smoke than his smoke machine ever could, so maybe that helped. He just looked at me kinda funny.
