Final Report on the National Dialogue on the Quadrennial Homeland Security Review Released

I and many other civilians got to participate in this. I was okay at the beginning, but as it got more and more complicated, they made the websites to participate bigger and bigger until it just wasn't worth all the time waiting for one to load on my dial-up, so I eventually got so frustrated I stopped participating (that and it was getting so that I could hardly understand anything...damn lot of brainiacs out there, which is a *GOOD THING*!).

Anyway, here's the summary of it all. The link is just the download of the pdf file of it. I tried reading it, but it was like trying to learn fluent chinese overnight.

I think most of you on here have better thinkin' processes going on and you'll make better sense of it than I can and thought you might enjoy looking it over...maybe even come back and tell me what it all means in English, LOL.

1. It will be printed in several different languages
2. Our enimies will be forced to identify themselves.
3. They will be forced to read it it in their own language.

So it *is* just a bunch of BS? They made it sound like us civilians who got to participate in it were going to make a difference in how government was doing things when it came to national security. They said they needed and wanted our ideas, and there were some really damn fine ideas, but this document doesn't really list *any* of them...that I could see at least. Well that just sucks sweaty balls! Motherfuggin' government could phuck up a wet dream!

Well, thanks for at least letting me know what it had...or *didn't* have, I should say. Pretty disappointing since there was an awful lot of really smart minds getting into it and as far as I was concerned were making the government peoples' ideas look like they were thought up by village idiots. <sigh>
