Was @ gym this morning & my buddy started telling me how he got pulled over in Guilford (home town)...He was riding on RT 164 apparently bikes are no longer to ride on because Derek Jeters mother lives off road & pays the police extra $ to monitor & control noise on the road! WTF is this crap! It's a fing public road!! So, my buddy gets pulled over by a useless cop he says looks like he still wears diapers. He said cop, measured bar height, ground clearance ( I was unaware there was a limit where frame from road had to maintain 4" ?)....checked his pipes w/ stick & meter & his curved plate was a no go....Cop gave him a warning told him next time he was caught in that area, he would issue a $800.+ ticket for disturbing the peace & illegal bike. I think it's a crock of Bullshit myself...

Goes to show ya if you got money and can pay someone you can get almost anything your way. Although a public road, they still can enforce the stuff on the books. Now if the bike is completely legal then there is nothing they can do except make something up.
