I've seen radial engines before, but not one that the cylinders spun with the prop..... impressive. Now I gotta wonder about oiling and fuel delivery, under cetrifugal force.**Note: The technical info I provide is suggestive. I am not a perfeshunel.

Change the prop to a centrifugal clutch maybe....
