you can quick message someone on your friends list, and avoid the posting box system to do so...

Yeah, I have no idea what this "posting box system" is nor a "quick message"...unless you're talking about a Chinese woman with fast hands...

when you send a private message, you have to use the standard post box.
when you IM, you dont.
the IM is done direct to those on your friends list, but I have no friends, so I dont use it.....

Sorry Mo......My brain slipped a gear at noon, and it never came back.......I dont use the friends list, I just send PM's, and post in threads.....
