So we just got nighty's bike out of the shop. 4 hours we sat there but we are rolling again. Unfortunately we are so terribly behind schedule that after we eat, we are Iowa bound. There isn't a word that expresses how bummed I am but I want to hear about the fun all else had. Thank God everyone else is safe today!

I like the dog. If he can't eat it or f**k it, he pisses on it. I can get behind that

Yes, I am home now, thanks Croc, you guys were lifesavers. My phone died, that's where I went, btw. With the bike, well a couple months ago he was on the interstate and the air cleaner rattled loose and went through the windshield of a prius riding his ass. He ordered an aftermarket and a control module, both on backorder and got here thursday. He had it mapped at the dealership in Cedar rapids and they blew it. It was the wrong map and the bike was decel popping and backfiring bad on the way down. In Indy we stopped for lunch and it stalled and we couldn't get it up but we tweaked the module to where it would start and if he kept on the throttle it wouldn't die. Got it to the shop and it got us to Western Illinois where he had a fuel line give and started spraying fuel. We got that fixed too but I officially hate that boy's bike!Herd #116

Thank you Indy! knowing you were just around the corner and willing to help was huge. I wasn't exactly in the best mindset last night and this morning but I shoulda swung by to say hey. That way I could say I at least shook a herdmember's hand this weekend.Herd #116

my drawers are still wet! hehe. It was only really bad once, about an hour out of indy. It started dumping so hard the rain was running up my pant legs and around to the inside of my glasses. and there was nowhere to get over for about another 1/4 mile but I wanted to get under something. found an overpass and went to pull under it and it was so slick my back tire locked up and I skidded all the way out from under it on the back side. That was actually funny.Herd #116

Dixie, his son and Jirvin put many hours into getting this event organized and everything went off without a hitch and you could not have asked for a better time, rain and all. Course the cops did hear about us and were waiting out side the campground but luckily didnt nab anyone.
I do feel sorry for whoever hosts the next one casue its gonna be very difficult to top this event and it was an event.
Finally got to meet some of you in person and put a face to a computer screen, course could have been better without seeing the face for some of you. LOLHerd Member #87
