  • New to the Herd

Hello everyone. Yesterday my wife and I took a cruise with a local HD dealer and met a very nice guy named Frank (aka TheBoss). It was our first time to ride with this group and they really didn't make us feel welcomed. Frank introduced himself and sat with us for some lunch. Turned out, it was Franks first time riding with the group and according to his ride report; he maybe felt like we did. Frank spoke highly of the Herd so I had to see for myself. Looks like a good place y'all have here.

Now for my introduction. My name is Charles and my current ride is a 2009 Street Glide. I was lucky enough to marry a girl that enjoys and supports all my obsessive hobbies. We ride every time we get a chance but never do with and a schedule in mind. We just ride where the road takes us.

Frank, it was was real nice to meet you, Jenny and I had a great time.
Whatever doesn't kill me....HAD BETTER START RUNNING!

Glad you decided to join our forum and thanks for making me feel welcomed. The ride yesterday was great with the large group but the lack of camaraderie was dissapointing. If it was not for you and Jenny, I think I would have been the odd man out.

You guys really have the heart of a HERD and will fit in very well here. Call me anytime as you both know my schedule...Sandra heard a lot about you both and is looking forward to sharing pavement with both of you.

Cheers! It's raining up here so I am sure you are seeing the lightning effects.

    Welcome again to the forum!!!

            Charles and Jenny,

Thanks for taking care of the Boss! After coming off of the HERD ride nothing compares with the connection we made with all of the wonderful folks! Sounds like you both would fit right in! Please try to make it next year to HERDSTOCK! Maybe we can meet at Brick House one weekend.
