My Bike... The Befores and Afters...

Its been a journey ... when i got my bike i loved it.. then a found a place that made me wanna change it LOL...

so here are the pics along the way ..

the day i got my bike..



this was after a few mods...




and i didnt get one right before because i had done the keyless and my pegs/heel rests and grips before this .. but i am sure you can get the general idea..

here are the afters..

here is all i had done ..

Progressive lowering kit front
06 R wheels (10 spokes.. were solid)
powder coated to match the frame:
swingarm, custom swingarm caps, lower legs, triple trees, rizoma license plate bracket and drag bars.
New drag bars internally wired
mirrors
new windshield
Amsoil oil change
new air filter
Killer Glass
Powder coated base plate with custom LED turn signals
Pearl white ghost flame tins (bought these for my christmas gift the year i got the bike LOL)
Tiger racing powder coated belt guards
New stainless clutch and front brake cables
relocated front turn signals
Rhinehart 2 into 1 exhaust
Custom Brian Raguso memorial derby cover and celtic swingarm bolt covers by Pondo

i also have a sleeker seat that can go on for running about town.. its definately not a long distance seat


the only things i have left to do .. are get a few more bits pc'd.. get a set of side covers and radiator shrouds painted to match the white pearl.. and some LED's for under the bike..

its not much smaller than the car LOL.. the bike is like 8 ft long and i think the car might be 12?

and yes the change in rims was a HUGE change.. it made it lighter and less push from wind coming from the side..

the lowering changed the handling for the better as well ..


the paint was a set i bought right after i got the bike.. the very first v-rod i sat on had that paint job .. and when i went to look for one i couldnt find one available.. then i realised it was a set sold by harley .. i got a decent deal on the same set on ebay.. i like subtle paint..
