AZ has LOTS of snakes. If a King Snake took up residence on your place it was braggin' rights! Kept the rattlers away - ate 'em!
Funny thing - I lived near Tucson for 10 years on 2 acres. Saw rattlers all the time. Built a house on 30 acres out in the desert 70 miles outta town; lived there 8 years and hardly ever saw them. When they are crowded out by people, they become a problem.H1E2R8DComment
